Customer support team in Cosmosys has been playing a significant role in the phenomenal growth of  the company over the years. We understand that you are not just purchasing software or hardware but purchasing solutions. Hence we believe that inclusive to providing solutions, services should also be  provided after sale. We have support teams for Desktops, Servers, Peripherals, Clusters etc. Our goal is to provide best  service possible.
    Customer is our sole concern and satisfying their needs is our pleasure.


Warranty
 
System/Peripherals under warranty shall be repaired/replaced free of cost unless it is being tampered, reckless handling, burnt, damaged by rodents, fire, theft, riot etc. Under such situations warranty stands void & liability of the company in providing free service easier.

Paid Service
 
Paid services are available for products supplied by us even after warranty period. On call basis or by entering into an Annual Maintenance Contract. We also maintain on call basis, AMC of computers that are not supplied by us.

Annual Maintenance Contract
 

This contract ensures regular service whether or not called upon, apart form routine inspection, the service engineers will be at your service as and when required. The contract will be honoured on receipt of 100% payment before commencement of the contract or otherwise if stated. The AMC can be of two types namely with spares and without spares.
* Replacement of any spares under the category of without spares will be at the cost of the customers.
